I had never read a ghost romance book before. I wasn't quite sure what to expect or how it was "all" going to work. But you know what, this author did a great job with the story and pretty much every aspect of how things worked was explained throughout. I don't want to give too much away in my review and take away the surprise for any who read it. Be warned also there is some serious panty melting hot sex to be read.

Grace was sure she had an okay life with a handsome doctor even though she wasn't satisfied sexually. She got the guy that everyone wanted and she wasn't sure how because she just sees herself as normal, bordering on close to not perfect. Sage, her boyfriend is quite frankly, a dickhead. He has everything scheduled down to the minute even when they will have sex...and I say that word loosely. He tries to change everything about her that he doesn't like. I'm glad to say she finally realizes what a loser he is. But let me back up and mention Breece, our resident ghost, summoned during a seance who is hot as hell, a sex god and just anyone's dream man, what more can you ask for right..,oh I know how about a man that is in the land of the living. Will she be able to love Breece and have a life with a ghost or will the natural order of things try and return things to how they should be.

I only had a few minor problems the story. One of which were with the characters but I am sure was intended for the story line to work out. And a very small part of the dialogue seemed to repeat once. Oh and I have to mention and only because it blew my mind but what Amy (Grace's friend) does at the end of the book, just wow! I recommend to anyone looking for a different kind of sexy romantic paranormal read. I'm sure you'll love the HEA ending in this book!

I live on top of a mountain in Wales ideal in the summer not so in the winter months or when it rains, which is a lot in Wales!

My three children have left home, however my life is still manic. I live with my husband he sadly won’t leave home but I live in hope (joke). I have one suicidal cat that really does have nine lives.

I have five Alaskan Malamutes. They own me literally as I never go anywhere without taking their hair with me, they insist! My hobbies are showing and working them.

My first love though is writing, it’s a total escape for me my selfish time :) Writing my books takes me from the mundane chores of work into another universe.

Since a child I devoured any written word and enjoy acting out my fantasies in print.

My ambition is to pack in my nine to five job and become a full time writer. Another one of my many dreams. I have stockpiled work of various genres, including my first love erotic romance, followed by psychological thrillers and supernatural so be prepared I am making my mark on the world of literature

Quiet.

I ring the bell again, and when nothing happens, I check the piece of paper. I’m at the right place. Maybe Rafe made a mistake? Or maybe Micah is not in.

Just when I’m about to turn and go, I think I hear footsteps and push the paper into the pocket of my jacket. I lick my lips, my nervousness returning.

The lock creaks and the door slides open. “Yeah?” a hoarse male voice says, and I catch a glimpse of a suspicious blue eye through the opening.

“Micah? It’s me, Ev.” Oh God, this sounds so lame. I shift my weight again, my leg twinging. “I, um. I forgot my walking stick at the cafe...” I feel ridiculous addressing his eye and not even seeing his whole face. “I was hoping maybe you noticed and got it for me.”

“Ev?” His voice cracks. He turns away and coughs, and the worry gently gnawing at my insides morphs into a voracious monster.

“Are you all right?” My voice goes high-pitched, and I wince. Calm down, Ev. “That cold still hasn’t cleared up?”

“What?” He pulls the door open and leans against it, bracing one arm on the frame. One bare, muscled arm. Attached to his muscular bare chest. “Oh, the cold, yeah. I’m fine.”

Fine. “Why did you stay home if you’re fine?”

He blinks at me, a slow sweep of long lashes against high cheekbones, and I have a moment of oh-crap-I’ve-gone-too-far panic.

But he doesn’t slam the door in my face as I think he might. “Rough night,” he mutters. “Ocean said he’d cover for me at work, so I stayed home to sleep.”

Straightforward. Honest. A rough night. I want to ask what made it rough, but I think I’ve already overstepped the boundaries of our... friendship? Acquaintance?

I drop my gaze from his face, and that’s a mistake. My mind blanks a little as I realize he’s shirtless and barefoot, lounging in front of me in only a pair of gray low-hung, draw-string pants. My gaze slides back up his long legs to his narrow hipbones and a spectacular set of abs, complete with sexy divots forming a V line.

My mouth is honest-to-god watering. I tear my gaze off those lickable abs only for it to be caught by his defined pecs and then his amused sky-blue eyes.
